What We Do
Daily Visits
If you want the peace of mind in knowing that your cats and your home are in the best possible hands while you’re away, then they’ll need daily check-ups from a cat sitter at Chapel Hill Cat Care.
Feeding & Watering
Leaving for a couple of days may be simple to us, but for cats watching their best friend walk out the door isn’t easy. This change can cause them to act erratically and go on hunger strikes. It is nice to know someone can be there to feed them on their usual schedule and keep it business as usual in you and your cats home.
Liter Box Cleaning
There’s nothing worse than coming home to a stinky litter box, and believe me, cat’s hate it 14 times as much as we do. 14 seems roughly specific, you may ask? Well did you know that cats have a sense of smell 14 times stronger than humans? That’s every reason you need to hire a cat sitter to make sure that box is cleaned once a day and replaced on a regular basis.
Medication Administration
Because our cat sitters are able to help with medications, your cats needs don’t have to be the reason they get boarded while you are away. We are happy to talk with you about your cat’s medications as well as any special diets and unique needs.
Socialization & Playtime
If your like us, you’ve wondered what your cat is up to while you’re away for extended periods of time. This wonder can turn into a twinge of anxiety when you think about how much your cat misses you. A cat sitter is a great solution to make sure your cat is happy and well socialized in your absence.
Household Tasks
While our cat sitters will spend the majority of their time caring for your cats, they can also complete basic home care tasks. That means you won’t have to worry about finding someone else to water your plants, bring in your mail, and take out your trash.
Cat Sitting Rates
We like to keep things simple and free from any nasty surprises! That’s why we’ve made sure our fees are clear and transparent – with no hidden fees!
We charge $20 per visit for clients in our regular service area.
There is an additional charge for additional kitties of $2 per cat.
We also offer discounts for repeat customers.
We appreciate payment through PayPal, Venmo or cash.
